Time to work, sweat, and BUILD. Your instructor will create a seamless flow that incorporates Pilates and strength training. This class will not only strengthen the whole body. It will improve body awareness, mobility, and so much more. Dumbbells go up to 15 pounds.

Get ready- this class is designed to keep your pulse elevated from start to finish. Expect a 50 minute quick pace blend of classical + contemporary Pilates. Your heart will be PUMPING and the music will be blaring. Great for all levels looking for a full body workout & cardio.
